DOUGLAS T. WALKER CPA, PFS
Doug joined J.D. Gilbert & Company in 1984, and is the firm's tax partner. Doug has more than 25 years experience in the restaurant industry, representing a number of the area's top restaurants. He provides services such as accounting and consulting, sales tax and IRS audit representation, start-up and expansion consulting, tip audit representation, and tax planning. He also holds a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the AICPA.

Doug is a member of the National Restaurant Association and the Florida Restaurant Association. He is also active in his community as a teacher with Junior Achievement, and a Salvation Army volunteer (including service at Ground Zero after 9/11), and with outreach for Broward Food Co-op, Broward Children's Home, and the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team.
